This workshop introduces nine types of hunting and trapping in Illinois, including firearms deer, archery, turkey, waterfowl, upland game, doves, small game, furbearers, and trapping. Learn what draws people to each, along with the pros, cons, and unique challenges or advantages. We’ll also cover key factors like equipment needs, physical demands, level of activity, and how social each experience can be, helping you determine which option best fits your interests, abilities, and lifestyle.

NOTE: Participants should not bring any hunting equipment, icnlduing firearms. All required equipment will be provided.
