This is an eight-hour defensive driving course commonly required by the courts as part of court supervision. It is intended to help repeat traffic offenders or individuals with more serious moving violations to maintain their driving privileges. If you were instructed by a court in Winnebago, Boone, Ogle, Stephenson, Carroll, Jo Daviess, or Lee County to complete an eight-hour defensive driving class, you will be registered through the court system, do not register here. If you are required to complete an eight-hour defensive driving course and your court is not located in one of the counties listed above, please contact the Traffic Safety Program before registering for this course.
